Mobile effects on body

Image
Human body transformation due to technology. A research as found that speaking on phone for long hours with tilted head forces the body to adapt. A study  in biomechanics suggests that young people are developing hornlike spikes at the back of their skulls - bone spurs caused by the forward tilt of the head. This directly is a result of a 30 degree or more tilt of the human head. The weight transfer that causes the buildup can be compared to the way the skin thickens into a callus as a response to pressure or abrasion.                 - Tathagat Banerjee

With all that technology in it, there is an absence of driver seat, steering column, level 4 autonomous to you in short. Having said that, fastening a seat belt is mandatory. To make one feel better after that, it has voice controlled controls like air conditioner, lights. Also has a large screen inside that shows what the bus sees and other vitals of the vehicle. The A.I in the vehicle also collects data from LiDAR for pedestrian monitoring and proximity alert.  This also is connected with a mesh of signals, that gives access to data like, signal stop for how much time, which stop has more commuters in it. This ride is currently 12 kilometers long (3 bus stops) and limited to the 5G connectivity. Not to just end it there, even the ticket is paperless and work withbones mobile phone.             - Tathagat banerjee

APPLE hololens

Image
Apple is working in this product and this will be ready for shipping by 2020. It is not a standalone device, will need to be paired with a phone for content sharing. Having said that the AR, element in this will be replacing the screen element as we know it. Also, apart from just, being a projection device, apple is also investing in sensors, apple kit, this allows developers to develop apps as if today. IKEA has worked with apple in this space, but uses a mobile phone. Having said that, little reality check is also important. Google tried the same, just stuck with developers. Microsoft Holo Lens is an amazing product, limited to indoors. So it is a wait and a watch game as of now.                               --  Tathagat banerjee
